Term agreements (typically 1–2 years) exist for two reasons: they let us offer better per-user pricing to customers willing to commit, and they allow us to include perks like free or discounted hardware that we cannot absorb on a rolling monthly basis.

What a term agreement is not: a way to lock you in at a low rate and raise your price later. The price you agree to on day one is the price you pay through the last day of your agreement. And when that term ends? Your rate doesn't suddenly spike. We are not in the business of rewarding loyalty with a price hike. If we come back to the table for a new term, it's to see if we can offer you something better — not to recover margin we were hiding.

Early termination fees do apply to term agreements, and will walk you through exactly what those look like before you sign anything. We would rather you choose month-to-month with full information than feel blindsided later.
