How our pricing works

We offer two types of plans. App-only plans start at $8/user/month — these are for team members who just need the mobile or desktop app for calling. Think remote workers, field staff, or employees who don't need a desk phone or advanced features.

Full-featured plans include unlimited auto attendants, call queues, ring groups, analytics, and more. These are custom-quoted because the price depends on your team size and the features you need. Desk phones and hardware are available for purchase or lease separately — we'll help you find the right equipment for your budget. Most full-featured plans land well below what the big national providers charge for comparable service.

The difference between us and the other guys? Our pricing is the same on month one as it is on month twenty-four. No introductory rates that expire. No fine print. No “promotional period” surprises. When a competitor offers to beat our price for year one, ask them what you'll pay in year two.

Because every business is different. Rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all tier where you pay for features you don't need, we build your plan around your actual requirements. This consistently saves our customers money compared to rigid tier-based pricing.
No. We believe in transparent pricing. No activation fees or install fees added onto your bill. Number porting is free. Your quoted price is your actual price (plus taxes of course).
We offer both month-to-month and term agreements — and we want to be upfront about why each exists. Month-to-month gives you maximum flexibility with no long-term commitment. Term agreements (typically 1–2 years) exist for two reasons: they let us offer better per-user pricing to customers willing to commit, and they allow us to include perks like free or discounted hardware that we cannot absorb on a rolling monthly basis. What a term agreement is not: a way to lock you in at a low rate and raise your price later. The price you agree to on day one is the price you pay through the last day of your agreement. And when that term ends? Your rate doesn't suddenly spike. We are not in the business of rewarding loyalty with a price hike. If we come back to the table for a new term, it's to see if we can offer you something better — not to recover margin we were hiding. Early termination fees do apply to term agreements, and will walk you through exactly what those look like before you sign anything. We would rather you choose month-to-month with full information than feel blindsided later.
Other national providers typically start at $20-30/user/month and charge extra for features we include standard. Cable companies and some competitors advertise low introductory rates ($5-10/month) to win your business, but those rates typically jump to $30+/user after year one — meaning you end up paying more over time than if you had just gone with fair, consistent pricing from the start. Our plans start at $8/user/month, the price stays the same, and you get local US-based support included.
